The EAN European Architects Network
The EAN European Architects Network was developed
to serve clients who want to undertake projects in
countries across Europe. It offers a local presence
with access to global expertise. The EAN has offices
in cities throughout the region. Our knowledge of
local market variations and national planning and
building laws offers the appeal of working with
well-established European practices.
The Network is flexible to meet client needs and
offers seamless services across Europe.
By assembling teams drawn from the Network practices,
EAN is able to offer unparalleled access to experts
with experience of building types in every sector.
Unlike the regional outposts offered by competitors,
each office is an integral part of a European and
The individual practices are integrated to allow the
creation of a bespoke delivery vehicle for each
project. This provides a single point of contact
and a clear line of accountability - whoever is
included in the team and whereever they are located.
Network practices have linked IT allowing information
to be shared and accessed easily between practices.
Overhead costs have been reduced by pooling IT, human
resources and legal services. Different working models
have been developed to suit a wide range of projects
Design Leadership in Europe
The world continues to be a rapidly changing place.
Our clients and collaborators are faced with fierce
competition in their own markets as they respond to
economic and political change; the European Union
continues to flourish and expand eastwards increasing
the prosperity of many whilst China and India bestow
many opportunities for those of us willing to
participate and invest.
The success of the EAN European Architects Network
in the last years has been underpinned by our
understanding of local markets along with the
bringing-together of international specialists
to work on projects in the major capital cities
of Europe. More recently, as a Network, we have
started to collaborate to find solutions to
sustainable design, we‘re aware that as designers
we need to help reduce carbon emissions and limit
the damaging effects of climate change.
The Network has extensive design experience across
many sectors - including sustainable design -
with 12 offices offering a range of diverse
services including: master planning, mixed use,
hospitality, retail, offices, interiors,
transportation, sports architecture, conservation
and strategic consulting services.
The EAN European Architects Network is unique in
Europe and demonstrates a capability to deliver
design innovation, expertise and knowledge in a
truly collaborative and seamless way.
